Liver Biopsy Prep

1. Do not take any aspirin, Motrin or similar medication ten days before and three days after the procedure.

2. Do not eat or drink anything after midnight the night before the procedure.

3. Please report to the main ER admitting office at _____________the day of the procedure.

4. You may need to have blood work drawn two days prior to the procedure. Please call our office to see if this will be necessary.

If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment please contact our office in advance so that we may cancel and reschedule the appointment if necessary.
